It's easy to learn macrobiotic cooking. The foundation of a macrobiotic meal is a grain and a freshly cooked vegetable at every meal in addition to soup daily. I teach one or two people at a time allowing for a quality learning experience that will have you creating satisfying macrobiotic meals in a couple of lessons.
You will learn the eight essential cooking styles:
• deep frying
• pressure cooking
• roasting (baking)
